Bedtime Blend: Bergamot (Citrus bergamia), Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea), and German Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) essential oils in a base of Sweet Almond oil (Prunus dulcis).

Headache Stress Blend Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and Lemon (Citrus limon) essential oils in a base of Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia chinensis).

Pillow Spray: Lavender (genus Lavandula) and Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis) essential oils in a base of distilled water and grain alcohol.
Bedtime Blend: Apply 2 pumps to chest or shoulder, massage deeply into skin. Use as needed.

Headache Stress Blend: At the onset of symptoms associated with stress or headaches, roll bottle onto pulse points, back of neck, or temples and massage deeply onto skin, use as needed.

Pillow Spray: Shake bottle vigorously, spray onto pillow, use as needed.

External use only.

Not intended for: 1st trimester (only) during pregnancy, babies 6 months and younger to inhale, drugs meatbolized by CYP2D6, do not use around cats.

Headache Stress Blend:
