I researched and developed this product and paired these three oils together to combat and soothe all that I was feeling daily. To my surprise, I found that this blend took care of all my issues, and it absorbed into the feet within minutes feeling warm and wonderful. It helps with poor circulation, spasms, and cramping due to inflamed swollen feet. Especially after a long day at work or standing hours on end. Safe For: 2nd & 3rd trimesters during pregnancy, breastfeeding (may reduce milk supply for some when breast feeding due to peppermint oil), appropriate for age 10 and above, and to use around dogs.
