I developed this Bedtime Blend Roll On for one of my sisters. She has used it when needed to help with sleeping through the night. The blend of Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea) and Roman Chamomile(Anthemis nobilis) all help to support anxiety, tension and insomnia.
Directions: Roll bottle gently, apply to wrists, temples, under the ears or back of the neck. Inhale deeply, use as needed. If any skin irritation occurs, wash with soap and water, discontinue use. Keep product away from heat and light. Store in a cool dry area to preserve quality. External use only.
Safe For: Pregnancy, breastfeeding, appropriate for age 8 and above, and to use around dogs.
Not Intended For: First trimester (only) during pregnancy, babies 6 months and younger to inhale, do not use around cats.
